Purchase before you arrive. Four steps.

Go to The Gym Group website
Visit thegymgroup.com and select Day Pass.

Search for The Gym Group Sydenham (SE26 5QE) and choose your date.

Pay Online
Day passes are £11.99. You'll receive a confirmation email with a PIN for gym entry.

Scan In at the Turnstile
Show your QR code or use the app at the entrance. Jerome will meet you on the gym floor.

FAQ.

Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can use a day pass to train with Jerome. If you decide you want ongoing access, Jerome can advise on membership options.
What should my first session look like?
Your first session is a practical movement assessment. Jerome will observe how you move, identify any restrictions, and use that to build your programme. No fitness level required.
Where exactly do I meet Jerome?
Jerome will meet you at the gym floor entrance after you've scanned in and got changed. If you're unsure, message him on WhatsApp before you arrive.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — with at least 24 hours' notice via WhatsApp. Less than 24 hours and the session is forfeited.
