I'm Jerome — a movement and strength coach. My background in martial arts shaped everything about how I approach training: movement quality comes first, strength is built through full ranges of motion, and the goal is never just a number on a bar.

I work with adults over 30 who are done feeling stiff, disconnected or held back by their body. The Strength & Movement Method is a structured system — not a generic programme — designed to help you rebuild your foundations and become genuinely strong, mobile and capable.

Do I need any gym experience to book a movement assessment? +
Not at all. The movement assessment is designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you've never lifted a weight before or you've been training for years. I'll adapt everything to your level and your body.
What actually happens during the free movement assessment? +
It's a relaxed 30-minute session on the gym floor. I'll watch a few fundamental movements — how you squat, hinge, how your hips and shoulders move — and give you honest, specific feedback. There's no testing, no performance required, no pressure. We'll also talk briefly about your goals and what's been getting in the way.
Do I have to commit to ongoing coaching after the assessment? +
Absolutely not. The assessment is genuinely free and genuinely no-obligation. Even if coaching isn't right for you right now, you'll leave with useful information about your movement. If you want to try the 3-session starter package afterwards, great — if not, that's completely fine.
What's the difference between 1-1 and small group coaching? +
1-1 coaching is all about you — full individual attention, completely personalised programming, and sessions designed entirely around your movement profile. Small group PT has a maximum of 2 people, so it remains intimate but brings in the energy and accountability of training alongside others. Both receive the same quality of coaching and programme design.
Why is each phase 6 weeks long? +
Because 6 weeks is the minimum for a training adaptation to genuinely take hold. Phase 1 is about building your movement foundation and training habit. Phase 2 is where things start to feel genuinely exciting — real strength gains and a shift in confidence. Phase 3 is where it sticks. Three phases of 6 weeks each isn't a sales tactic — it's how lasting change actually works.
