About me

Helping You Build Strength, Mobility, and Flow — From the Ground Up

I’m Jerome Marshall, a passionate strength and mobility coach, strength and conditioning specialist, and Jiu-Jitsu athlete who sees the body as a canvas for expression. My approach goes beyond traditional fitness — it’s about shaping form, stability, strength, and power through mindful movement.

I believe fitness is about more than just looking good — it’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and staying resilient. My training blends strength, mobility, and martial arts-inspired conditioning to help you become more powerful, grounded, and connected to your body.

With a background in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and pad work, I know firsthand the importance of not only building strength but also mastering movement. It’s not enough to lift heavy — you need to move freely, prevent injury, and maintain control. That’s why I combine strength and conditioning with mobility practices like rope flow and ground-based movement, creating a balanced, functional training experience.

For me, movement is an art form — one that promotes harmony, resilience, and growth. Whether you’re focused on building strength, enhancing conditioning, unlocking mobility, or improving overall fitness, my goal is to guide you towards a more powerful, connected, and capable version of yourself.

What Sets My Coaching Apart?

Strength & Conditioning — Develop practical, full-body strength that carries over to everyday life.
Mobility & Flow — Unlock your joints, improve flexibility, and move pain-free.
Martial Arts Inspired — Train with intensity and purpose, building control, balance, and resilience.
Tailored Support — Whether you’re working on fat loss, strength, or mobility, every plan adapts to your needs.

My goal isn’t just to coach you — it’s to empower you. I want you to walk away from each session feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident, whether you’re picking up a kettlebell or flowing through a rope session.

If you’re ready to move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose — let’s build something great together.
